Join us to sing along to your favorite songs on Saturday, August 1st at 6pm at Queeraoke! This event will be hosted by our beloved Black-Eyed Suzy! Queeraoke is for everyone ages 21+, and donations at the event go to benefit TFC. We hope to see you there!
Multifaith Pride Service
Held at Grace United Church of Christ, folks of all walks of faith are welcome to join us for the Multifaith Pride Service on Thursday, June 25th from 7:00-8:30pm. We hope to see you there!
Queer Open Mic Night
Join us at The Frederick Center to celebrate Pride and express yourself with fellow community members, friends, and allies! Piano, guitar, slam poetry, spoken word, a portion of your fanfiction, juggling, interpretive dances, and more! ALL CREATIVES are welcome to perform! We will have our piano and a guitar available for performers to use, or you can bring your own instruments. Have your voice heard by your community, celebrate queerness, and show your pride! This event is FREE, for all ages, and families are welcome to attend! We hope to see you there.
Youth Pride Prom (18 & Under): Hollywood Glam!
LGBTQ+ youth and their friends ages 9-18 are invited to join us for an evening full of dancing, music, drag performances, and fabulousness! Black-Eyed Suzy will be DJing with the best tunes for dancing with friends, plus drag performances. We will have food, beverages, and potion pops by Incantation Hair Studios! Celebrate pride with us at Youth Pride Prom!
Pride Prom 2026: Hollywood Glam! (18+)
Classic Hollywood dress! A golden age of film and fame! Come out to celebrate with fellow queer friends for the prom! Hello you, RED CARPET ROYAL! Welcome to the height of glitz and glam with a Hollywood twist! Come to the Prom you WISH you had! Celebrate with The Frederick Center and other queer folx for this year's prom! It will be bigger and better than ever! Join us on June 6th from 8-11:30pm at Frederick Social. We hope to see you there to dane the night away.
Free LGBTQ+ Legal Clinic
The Frederick Center hosts four free LGBTQ+ Legal Advice Clinics per year! Register and join us to receive legal assistance at the clinic.
Sapphic Dance ~ Spring Fling
Sapphic Dance, Spring Fling will be on Saturday, May 9th from 5-9pm! Dance in a safe and affirming space with fellow women-loving-women! We'll see you there!

‘Somewhere in Nowhere’: Author Talk and Signing with Steven Gellman
An award-winning songwriter turned author, Somewhere in Nowhere is Steven Gellman's debut novel. This coming-of-age novel follows Simon, a senior in high school, as he navigates new friendships, a potential crush, and strange "attacks" that have been happening every night. This will be a moderated author talk with Vanessa Vida Kelley and Gellman. Join us on Saturday, April 18th at The Frederick Center to get your book and meet the author! This event is FREE, with copies of the book available for purchase!

Trans Day of Visibility 2026
YOU'RE INVITED to our 2026 Trans Joy Picnic to celebrate Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV)! This will be our biggest and best celebration yet! To show our pride in our trans community, connect with friends, and cultivate trans joy and resilience, we hope to see you there. From 12:00pm-4:00pm at Mullinex Park in Downtown Frederick, we will have a BBQ cookout, annual banner signing, tie dye, bracelet making, music, and more! This event is FREE and open to all ages. Come on down and celebrate with us on April 4th!
Rescheduled Drag Bingo: Country Legends!
